Hosting and server logs
This website runs on a Windows Server with IIS. When accessed, technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, user agent) is processed to ensure operation and security. [TODO: add hosting provider, location and retention periods before production.]
Contact form
When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are used solely to handle your request and are forwarded by email to info@chrisroeder.de. The data is not stored permanently but discarded after sending. Honeypot and rate-limiting mechanisms protect against abuse.
Email delivery
Delivery uses an SMTP server, which transmits the data you provide. [TODO: add SMTP provider and data-processing agreement before production.]
Analytics
Currently no analytics tools, no tracking and no cookies are used. A self-hosted analytics tool (Umami) may be added in the future; this notice will then be updated accordingly.
